  1. Wood veneer facing HDHMR veneer, finished in PU polish to bring the grain forward.
  2. Precision-matched edge banding Closes the core on every side — where a door fails first.
  3. Engineered core Solid timber, particle board, HDF or HMR infill.
  4. Rail and stile framework Solid timber or LVL — the load path the shutter is built on.
