Most door failures are not shutter failures. They are the gap between three components bought from three suppliers and expected to line up on site. Doorzzen makes all three, to one drawing, in one works.

Door Shutter
Engineered core with a rail-and-stile framework in solid timber or LVL. Facing and finish vary by range.

LVL or solid timber — Beech, Meranti or Teak Pine. Finished to match the shutter: veneer-wrapped and polished, laminate-finished, PU-painted, or direct PU polish depending on range.

Architrave
Exterior-grade MDF, wrapped or finished to coordinate with door and frame. Two profile options: L-profile or Flat profile.

A shutter price is not a door price. These are published rates for the components a conventional purchase adds on top, in the Kochi market.
