Our responsibility does not end once the door is delivered or installed. A member of the team attends the installation, checks every opening, confirms it followed our guidelines, and photographs it for record.

Why it matters to a developer
Forty openings, fitted by whoever was available that week.
The doors leave the works right and arrive right, then get hung by whichever carpenter the contractor could find that day. The variance does not show up at delivery — it shows up as a snag list at handover, when it is expensive and visible and yours.
The review moves that inspection forward. Someone who knows what the door should do stands in front of it while the site is still working, and fixes what they find on the visit.
A photographic record
Every installation is photographed. It is simultaneously a quality mechanism and the substantiation behind the warranty — if a claim is ever made, the original condition is on file.
Guidelines, not guesswork
Clearance tolerances, fixing detail and gasket specification are published, so the mason, the joiner and the reviewer are all working to the same document.
