What we do with what you send us.

What we collect

Only what you type into one of our forms. Depending on the form that is your name, email address, phone number, the type of visitor you told us you are, a delivery or installation address, and whatever you write in the message field.

We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site, and there is no account to create.

Why we collect it

To answer you. A quotation request is routed to whoever prices projects, a sample request to whoever despatches samples, a dealer application to whoever handles partnerships, and a warranty registration onto our installed-base register.

Your visitor type exists solely to route your enquiry to the right team. It is not used to price differently.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are dealing with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us about the same project.

Warranty registrations are kept for the duration of the warranty term, because that is the point of them.

Who we share it with

Nobody, other than the service providers that host this site and deliver our email. We do not sell enquiry data and we do not pass it to other manufacturers or dealers without telling you.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. If and when we add analytics it will be to understand which pages help people and which do not, and this policy will be updated to say what is in use.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call either published number or use the contact form and we will action it.
