The two terms are distinct and we always state both. A door described as carrying an “11-year warranty” without qualification is being described inaccurately — the 5-year finish term covers appearance and surface performance, and the 11-year term covers the structure of the door system.
The exclusions matter as much as the cover.
A warranty page that lists only inclusions is marketing. The document a developer needs states the limits — we will send the current schedule in writing rather than paraphrase it here.

It is a fair challenge, and it is the one competitors will make. Our answer is a published process rather than a bigger number: doors are manufactured at our own works in Mathilakam, Thrissur, every installation is attended and recorded, and the record is what a claim is assessed against.
